How to Submit a Ticket on Uptime
- Grab your smartphone
- Open the Uptime App
- Open a new ticket
- Take a photo of the problem or write a short description
- Click submit
That’s it! Once you’ve submitted your ticket an IBT branch member will respond and help resolve your issue.

Quickly send a help ticket to your local IBT branch on Uptime. Even with limited cell coverage a ticket with one photo only takes three seconds to send.
No Internet? No Problem!
Create a ticket in the app and select sync later. Once your internet is restored the app will automatically send your request to the local IBT branch.

For your convenience, the app features a progress indicator. This tool helps guide you through the steps of easily uploading a ticket.
Stay on top of it all even if the app is closed by enabling app notifications.

Review your ticket history on Uptime to find previously entered product numbers and answers to your questions.

We are here to help! Upload a ticket to Uptime during normal business hours, 8 a.m to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Or, contact your Account Manager after hours.
