Electrical Training 102: Advanced Electrical Academy

IBT’s Advanced Electrical 102 Academy expands upon the content from Electrical Academy 101. This two-and-a-half day training program is recommended for field and factory maintenance technicians and those involved with specifying, purchasing, operating or troubleshooting motor and drive systems.

Advanced Electrical 102 Academy examines motors from front to back and drives inside and out. It also covers related safety devices, like light curtains and lasers.

Attendees build their knowledge through feature lectures, hands-on laboratories and knowledge reviews. Advanced Electrical 102 training results in increased confidence, effectiveness and capability. Electrical 101 Academy is not required, but attendees should be familiar with the principles of electrical equipment.

For the course, instructors will draw upon a background that averages more than twenty years of specialization in the application and distribution of electrical equipment and supplies to industry.

Tuition for Advanced Electrical 102 training is $ 795 per student. Early registration is recommended.

Classes typically run from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Days 1 and 2 and from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Day 3. Classwork includes lecture, discussion, wiring labs and knowledge review tests. This class qualifies for 2.0 CEU credits. Register Now
