Upgrade to Hub City's Poweratio™ 4000
Upgrade your helical inline reducers to Hub City Poweratio™ 4000 drives and you may get a 50% increase in power ratings, with ratings up to 125 HP. You'll find it easy to make the change to the reducer's advanced, contemporary design. It is available in eight models and is mechanically and dimensionally interchangeable with all popular competitor models. 
These gear reducers are recommended for conveyors and conveying equipment, packaging machinery, food processing, bottling equipment and bulk material handling.
They may be mounted with foot mounting or flange mounting to interchange with major competitors. They also have shaft input, C-frame quill input or gearmotor assemblies to provide the complete drive package.
They also have rugged cast iron housings that are accurately machined for precision operation, high strength and reliability.
Hub City Poweratio reducers are also built with precision crowned gears for smooth operation, high strength and durability. Their alloy steel shafts are plunge ground for accuracy and fine surface finish. They are built with ball and tapered roller bearings that are generously sized for long life and high reliability. Design and construction details include double lip seals on exposed shafts for enhanced protection and dependable sealing with single lip seals on motor quill input for cooler running.
One significant advantage of these Hub City reducers is the flexibility of their available configurations.
You can choose double reduction ratios from 2.26 to 59.14; triple reduction ratios from 50 to 1 to 335 to 1. Assembled from stock modules, double reduction up to 50:1, and triple reduction up to 325:1 provide greater ratio capability with fewer components.
All reducers are filled with high quality gear lubricant at the factory. Cleanline™ premium washdown duty and metric versions available.
