New ANVER Components from IBT Fluid Power

New ANVER fluid product offerings include: air powered vacuum generators, pumps, ejectors, and flow tubes; rubber vacuum suction cups; and a new control for vacuum tube lifters that provides precise up/down movement with the ability to stay in place when the operator lets go of the handle.

Vacuum Generators: Single and Multi-Stage Designs

Air powered vacuum generators, pumps, ejectors, and flow tubes - operating on the venturi principle for use in material handling and conveying, vessel evacuation, and other industrial applications - are now available.

ANVER Air Powered Vacuum Generators include a full line of single- and multi-stage pumps, ejectors, and flow tubes, using plant supplied compressed air. Featuring no moving parts, they are offered with various combinations of flow rates from 1 to 400 CFM and vacuum levels from 1 to 27" Hg, in different ratios and constructions.

Suitable for integration into material handling, automation, fixtures, jigs, and other industrial equipment, ANVER Air Powered Vacuum Generators can be matched to specific applications. Products offered range from tiny units for EOAT and pick-and-place systems to precision units with high speed blow-off, to large flow tubes and air amplifiers with adjustable flow rates.

Suction Cups for Paper Handling Equipment

A full line of rubber vacuum suction cups for use in sorting and collating machines, inserters, printing, packaging, and other paper handling equipment has been introduced.

ANVER Paper Suckers are molded from natural rubber to resist ink and dust and are offered in sizes from 1/4" (6.35 mm) O.D. and larger for push-in or flange mounting. Featuring bottom cleats to eliminate puckering or smooth, flat bottoms for gripping cartons or thick coated sheets, these suction cups are available with various sizes for greater rigidity or flexibility.

Suitable as OEM replacements for virtually all paper handling applications, ANVER Paper Suckers are also offered in other materials besides natural rubber including high-wear polyurethane, various blends, and neoprene.

Vacuum Tube Lifter Hummingbird Control

The ANVER Hummingbird Control is available for their VT Series of vacuum tube lifters. It provides precise up/down movement by rotating a red hand grip. The lifter hovers in place when the hand grip is released. Featuring a proprietary valve that operates smoothly without springs, this control and lifter can handle varying weight loads up to 400 lbs. (180 kg) and requires no adjustment.

Designed for high production use, ANVER's Hummingbird Control is offered in compressed air and electric powered versions. VT Series vacuum tube lifters are ergonomic assist devices that provide a continuous duty cycle, unlimited starts and stops, and can be ordered with a wide variety of standard and custom vacuum suction pad attachments.
