Now, you can get access to IBT's nationally recognized, award-winning training programs with a couple of clicks of the mouse. IBT is making on-line web training available across a full range of topics.
Training will be delivered through the internet to the computer desktop on a planned and scheduled basis - and training sessions are archived for on-demand access, as well.
Training areas include a wide range of topics in such areas as:
- Power transmission systems and components
- Safety rules, regs, compliance and personal protective equipment
- Fluid power system design, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Material handling
- Electric motors, drives, controls and maintenance.

Courses can be selected from off-the-shelf materials that have been developed for IBT's internal training programs or for their Customer Training Programs. In addition, customized courses can be developed for specific customer requirements. These programs can be designed and administered for specific individuals, job classifications, skill levels or job sites.
In addition to the web-based training programs, IBT can bring the training to customer locations. Or, they can host it at their central headquarters in Greater Kansas City, or schedule the trainings off-site at conveniently located facilities.
IBT has trained their people and customers since 1949. They have created "industry standard" training for PTDA in a video and handbook series. Their award winning video productions group has a six title library of how to videos. As a core value, IBT recognizes the critical difference that properly trained people make to a company facing demanding marketplaces and drives for increased productivity.
