OSHA Regs mandate that workers be instructed in safety in "their" language. For a significant number of workers in the US today, that language is Spanish.

To facilitate the process, OSHA has made a number of their guidance publications, eTools, and training materials on health and safety topics, and other materials available in Spanish. These include: information about rights and responsibilities of both employers and employees, information about fall protection, heat and cold extremes, sun hazards, trenching, blood borne pathogens – to name some specific, widely used items.

OSHA even has a website where they have a thorough posting of a Spanish language overview of OSHA requirements.
