Cutting Wheel Has Revolutionary Rib Design

Manufactured with a new process that imparts a high-low “Rib Design” into each wheel, the maker also promises less friction, straighter cuts, faster cutting and cooler cutting.

The new grain formulation and manufacturing process also give better control and fewer burrs. ZIP wheels are designed to give better operator control on mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and more. The new “Rib Design” cuts so smooth and cool there is virtually no heat discoloration when cutting thin stainless sheet. A new, durable and reusable round plastic container has been designed to replace standard corrugated boxes to provide more convenience, better wheel protection and safer storage.
