Strong Showing For Springfield Event

With a strong turnout of customers, prospects, friends and vendors, IBT's Fortieth Anniversary Celebration in Springfield, Missouri drew an enthusiastic crowd.

With nearly fifty displays of products and services, training seminars, a full complement of door prizes and a sumptuous lunch buffet, the guests received nourishment for both mind and body.

Customers commented on the variety of information that the vendors made available, the bearing maintenance and lubrication seminars and the hospitality. Many remarked on having an opportunity to see IBT Car # 33, a NEXTEL Cup racer, in person.

As they toured the room, guests signed up for the door prizes offered at each booth. Notable winners included Chris Upp who won two tickets to the NASCAR Busch Series race at Kansas Speedway on September 30.

Vendors also reported success with the meeting. Comments included favorable results of visiting with the customers, positive results of contact with the IBT team that turned out in force, and satisfaction with the overall quality of the arrangements that had been made.

Or, as one factory representative reported: ". Quite an accomplishment....The Celebration was first class....And there were so many 'nice touches' your customers (and suppliers) were very impressed....Thanks again."
