One-Day Timken Bearing Maintenance Seminar
Timken, in connection with IBT, will present a one-day bearing maintenance seminar on Friday, April 28, 2006, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at Embassy Suites Hotel, 220 West 43rd Street, Kansas City, Missouri.
The bearing is one of the most basic and precise components of industrial equipment and keeping them properly maintained is essential to productivity and reduced downtime. This seminar has been designed for maintenance supervisors and engineers, but the session will also benefit purchasing agents, buyers and other company personnel.
Topics included during the session are: bearing types; construction and applications; lubrication; mounting and dismounting; failure and its prevention; bearing life; component parts and bearing manufacturing.
