Conveyor Belt S.O.S.
When you consider how long, wide, important and constantly used they may be, you should not be surprised to learn that there can sometimes be problems associated with the use of conveyor belting, especially the belts used for heavy duty applications or in severe service.
These belts can fray, delaminate, break, slip, stretch, gouge, crack, swell or just plain wear out. When they do, most belt users are faced with some problems in rectifying the situation. And, of course, they are always eager to get that equipment back up and running fast, because not having it working properly is costing them time and money and money and time.

IBT is a Goodyear distributor and also represents other lines of belting. In connection with their belt sales activities, the company runs a belt shop that is capable of both major and minor belt modifications. The shop routinely attaches cleats and buckets, cuts, trims and splices belts, and performs a wide range of modifications to lightweight belting especially.
The experience and knowledge accumulated by the IBT belt technicians in their many years of working with belts of all styles, sizes, materials, lengths and applications is also frequently applied at the job site.
