Never Too Early to Plan Ahead: IBT Customer Appreciation Event 2006

"If you think our 55th anniversary was a big deal, wait until you see what we have planned for our next customer appreciation celebration" suggests Gary Hense, director of marketing services and one of the main coordinators of the 55th Anniversary event. "We're doing everything we did last time - only bigger and better, and we're planning to add some new wrinkles designed to make it a more enjoyable, more informative and more memorable experience for all of our guests."

In the dark days of winter, many people look ahead to spring and summer. IBT takes things a little further into the future.

They are up to full speed in their planning for the 2006 Customer Appreciation Days at Kansas Speedway, starting September 13.

IBT customers, vendors, associates and friends who were able to get to the 2004 event are already marking their calendars and making plans to attend the event which promises to be bigger, better, more elaborate, more informative and even more fun than the last one.

Jerry Hayes, VP of Marketing, characterizes the intent behind the planning as "designed to create an experience for customers that is comprehensive, assists them professionally, enables them to learn more about IBT and our vendors, and is, to top it all off, a truly fun time."

The event is starting to take shape, but current plans call for:
  • One hour educational seminars, on a wide variety of products and topics
  • Multi-vendor trade show and booth displays
  • Outstanding hospitality in food and beverage service
  • Contests, prizes and surprises
  • Real NASCAR racing cars- from Rockwell, Loctite, and others
  • Performance Pit Crew Challenge competitions
  • The Racing Experience NEXTEL Cup car ride alongs, featuring IBT's #33.

Specific plans and schedules will be announced as they become more clear cut. Stay tuned to IBT Prime Mover for more information about the Customer Appreciation Days, September 2006. You won't want to miss it.

Advance Registration will be required for attendance. Registration rolls will open soon. Don't miss an opportunity to sign up early! For more information, contact Gary Hense.
