Next Big
IBT Customer Appreciation
Scheduled for September 2006
"If you think our 55th anniversary was a big deal, wait until you see what we have planned for our next customer appreciation celebration" suggests Gary Hense, director of marketing services and one of the main coordinators of the 55th Anniversary event. "We're doing everything we did last time - only bigger and better, and we're planning to add some new wrinkles designed to make it a more enjoyable, more informative and more memorable experience for all of our guests."
For the 2006 Customer Appreciation Days, IBT has once again rented the entire Kansas Speedway for two days, starting on Wednesday, September 13, 2006.
Plans are still being drawn up, but certain activities are locked in.
They include:
- One hour educational seminars, on a wide variety of products and topics
- Multi-vendor trade show and booth displays
- Outstanding hospitality in food and beverage service
- Contests, prizes and surprises
- Real NASCAR racing cars- from Rockwell, Loctite, and others
- Performance Pit Crew Challenge competitions
- The Racing Experience NEXTEL Cup car ride alongs, featuring IBT's #33.
Specific plans and schedules will be announced as they become more clear cut. But, one thing is for sure.
"Anybody who was unfortunate to miss our 55th should make a special point to start planning to join us in September 2006," Hense continues. "If you want to find out more about the whole range of products and services IBT sells, if you want to visit with our vendors face-to-face, if you want to attend educational seminars, if you want to have fun, and if you want to circle the speedway at 165 mph, don't miss our 2006 event at Kansas Speedway."
