New Ace High-Cycle Product
ACE Controls has introduced a new high-cycle, self-compensating industrial shock absorber, the SC 300-HC
It is designed to be a shock absorber for high-speed production equipment. With its quick rod-ready time and short stroke, use of the SC 300-HC leads to faster cycling of equipment, which results in increased productivity.
Like all Ace shock absorbers, the SC 300-HC is a rugged performer. It is capable of rapid repeat strokes and has quick time through stroke as well. Ideal applications include packaging industry equipment and rotary actuators, as well as: slides, small and medium robotics, machine tools, pick & place operations and more.
Construction features of the SC 300-HC include:
fully threaded outer body
metering orifices in pressure chamber
hardened stainless steel piston rod
black oxide finish on steel body
operating range of 32° to 150° F (0° to 66° C)
