IBT Finishes 4th, Division E In KC Corporate Challenge
MERRIAM, Kansas – July 1, 2009 – Team spirit and hard work earned IBT 4th Place in Division E in the Kansas City Corporate Challenge. Approximately 80 IBT employees participated in the 29 events represented this year, ranging from flag football and swimming to trap shooting and tug-of-war.
The Kansas City Corporate Challenge has been around for 30 years and their mission remains to promote health, wellness, and camaraderie by presenting participants with physical endeavors designed to challenge their bodies and minds through the spirit of corporate competition. Proceeds help support their 2009 charity, the Kansas City Metro Special Olympics.
Our apprecication goes to everyone that particpated: from the usual participants, to the people trying new events, volunteers, and those that stepped in at the last minute to help out. That’s what it’s all about – IBT teamwork!
