IBT Media Partners with SAFEHOME
MERRIAM, Kansas – Jan. 21, 2009 – SAFEHOME, a Kansas City organization offering support for survivors of domestic violence, teamed with IBT Media in an effort to spread the word about their mission.
Together they developed a video presentation about SAFEHOME's mission for a fundraising dinner to benefit the organization's operations. The resulting collaboration is also suited for other communication opportunities that spread the SAFEHOME message.
The video's impact is rooted in the personal accounts of real SAFEHOME clients, who escape from and survive various forms of domestic violence.
IBT Media's work with SAFEHOME resulted in sharing powerful, moving experiences that are ultimately filled with hope as a result of participating in SAFEHOME's outreach program.
IBT Media Sales Representative Kevin Cloud will accept SAFEHOME's Outstanding Media Partner award on behalf of IBT Media for their collaborative work together at an awards ceremony on Friday, February 6. The organization annually selects a media outlet to recognize for their efforts in conjunction with SAFEHOME.
