Led by IBT's Electrical Group Product Specialists, this 2-1/2 day course is designed to increase the knowledge base and comfort level of facility maintenance technicians and machine operators responsible for electrical equipment maintenance. Class content will supply the basic building blocks of information that everyone who works with electricity should know. Class work will include lecture/discussion, wiring labs and knowledge review tests. This is an intensive 2-1/2 day Training Academy that concentrates on Bearing and Power Transmission products. The curriculum includes identification of bearings, applications, installation, preventative and predictive maintenance, and tools. Also included: lubrication and how to properly select the right type, determine the proper amount, and know how and when to lubricate and/or change lubricants. The balance of the school will cover Gearing, Drives including V-Belt, Chain and Shaft Couplings including how to install and maintain drive systems. IBT Hydraulic Training and Troubleshooting School
IBT is proud to present this powerful 3-day hands-on school which utilizes the popular Womack Machine Supply Industrial Fluid Power Textbooks as the foundation for the training. Our Hydraulic Trainers give students the ability to build and troubleshoot hydraulic circuits similar to those found in the real world. This training class covers many topics not covered by other training courses such as pressure compensated piston pump technologies, accumulator technologies, proportional valve technologies and troubleshooting skills. The school includes all the fluid power textbooks, fluid power data book, lab manuals and an information exchange lunch. Tuition $1,095.

IBT Timken Bearing Maintenance Seminar
The bearing is one of the most precise industrial components in a machine. If it becomes damaged, the machine stops. Basic precautions will extend bearing life and save millions of dollars in repairs and downtime. The Bearing Maintenance Seminar shows how to improve bearing service and life.
