Martin shaftless conveyors’ simple, pipeless design utilizes fewer parts than conventional shafted-screw conveyors and reduces lifetime maintenance costs as a result. It enables higher trough loading and lower RPMs, maximizing the volume of materials conveyed. Eliminate the typical jamming and buildup from shafted-screw conveyors and benefit from greater uptime, higher efficiency, and lower maintenance. It eliminates hanger bearings and end bearings to reduce maintenance and increase efficiency – enabling direct transfer to another conveyor.

Shaftless screw conveyors are a known problem-solver in many applications with a range of hard-to-transport materials and utilizing a test unit can be the ultimate analysis in a final decision making process. Martin also has conventional screw conveyor test units available for use.

To consider using a test unit, customers only need to provide material from the application and electrical and maintenance support. Alternatively, application material can be sent to a local Martin facility for testing and selection assistance.
