Hytrol's new CREZD conveyor line includes the 199-CREZD, 25-CREZD, and the 36-CREZD. All are chain driven live roller conveyor designed for zero pressure accumulation of both unitized or palletized loads. This conveyor comes equipped with Hytrol’s new EZLogic^® GEN3 accumulation systems.

The CREZD line is ideal for shipping and receiving cartons, pallets, and totes where these operations need to be combined into one conveyor. The conveyor may be supplied with the reversing option, soft start, and variable frequency drive option.

199-CREZD

Roller bed with 1.9 in. dia. x 9 ga. unplated rollers spaced every 4 or 6 in. Tread rollers mounted in 3-1/2 in. x 7 ga. formed channel on side opposite chain guard and 4-3/4 in. x 7 ga. formed channel on chain guard side. Bolted together with butt couplings.

25-CREZD

Roller bed with 2-1/2 in. dia. x 11 ga. unplated rollers spaced every 4 or 6 in. Tread rollers mounted in 4 in. x 4 ga. formed channel on side opposite chain guard and 6 in. x 4 ga. formed channel on chain guard side. Bolted together with butt couplings.

36-CREZD

Roller bed with 3-1/2 in. dia. x .300 wall unplated rollers spaced every 6 in. Tread rollers mounted in 5-3/4 in. x 4 ga. channel on side opposite chain guard and 7-3/4 in. x 4 ga. channel on chain guard side. Bolted together with butt couplings.

EZLogic GEN3 has many advantages. It combines ease of installation and replacement with unprecedented throughput possibilities. The system offers expanded control options and is easy to configure. Using EZLogic GEN3 greatly simplifies field wiring and increases the conveying systems functionality, which can greatly enhance product flow.
