The new Dodge QDX Wing Pulley was created with the user's needs in mind. These pulleys are specifically tailored to suit the most rugged quarry applications, such as aggregate/cement, mining, forest/paper, petroleum/chemical, and metals.

Designed for harsh conveyor applications, the QDX wing pulley is dimensionally compliant with CEMA standards. It uses the proven HE tapered bushing system and features a rigid end disc design.  The QDX has a 5" maximum wing height with 3/4" x 2" contact bars and a 3/8" wing thickness.  The wing design is fabricated to reduce wing folding and offers up to 25% more belt contact.

Product selection and ordering is easy with the extensive range of sizes. Exceptional performance is already proven through the end disc, contact bar, wing and spacer design, which is based on the rugged Dodge Mine Extra Duty wing pulley.

High Endurance (HE) bushings with the unique 14-degree taper are easy to install and to remove. End disc weld failure is the highest cause of conveyor pulley break down. Due to its high taper angle, HE bushings provide the lowest end disc stress of any bushing system by minimizing any "bellow effect."

QDX Wing pulleys are available as stand alone pulleys, or may be factory assembled on a shaft with Dodge bearings for quick field installation.
