New Video Project on Biodiesel: America’s Renewable Fuel

It starts by saying "America has struck oil. Not deep below the ground, but standing tall above the farm fields. This oil is the raw material that offers the power of green energy. Grown in the USA, it’s the green energy that can help reduce dependence on non-renewable, foreign-produced petroleum oil."
IBT Media, in connection with BBI International, in a project sponsored by REG (Renewable Energy Group), has created the latest of its series of informative videos about alternative fuels.
The topic, this time, is biodiesel, a fuel produced from a soybean oil base. When that oil is extracted from the beans – and then processed to remove the unwanted impurities – it leaves a clean burning fuel ideal for any diesel-powered engine.
When Biodiesel is blended with standard petroleum diesel fuel, America reduces its dependence on foreign oil and enjoys the benefits of a cleaner burning fuel.
Biodiesel Production 101: America’s Renewable Fuel explains the production process and demonstrates how America can reduce our dependence on foreign oil, while we enjoy the benefits of a cleaner burning, domestically-produced, renewable fuel. This video is intended for classrooms, training seminars, individuals or organizations new to the industry, and many other groups interested in learning more about the biodiesel production process.
The future of America’s energy needs is based on domestically produced, renewable energy sources. Biodiesel is poised to answer that challenge and ensure a reduced dependence on foreign oil.
Biodiesel….it’s the oil that’s made-in-America…it’s the oil that can make America stay strong.
