High-Strength Flexible Bonding Silicones

Loctite® has developed a new breed of high-strength, rapid curing silicones. No longer is there a need to choose between a bonding adhesive or a flexible sealant. Loctite branded two-part silicones provide you the performance advantages of both.

Loctite 5600™: Ultra-Fast Cure, Heavy Body
Five-minute fixture, high strength adhesion, flexible adhesive/ sealant. For open bond lines where bead is worked smooth. Pneumatic dispensing recommended; non-corrosive, low-odor, UL 746C approved. Available in Black, Grey, and Almond.

Loctite 5604™: Fast Cure, Heavy Body
Ten-minute fixture, high strength adhesion, flexible adhesive/sealant. For close bond lines. Pneumatic dispensing recommended; non-corrosive, low-odor, UL 746C pending. Available in Black, Grey, and Almond.

Loctite 5605™: Ultra-Fast Cure, Light Body
Five-minute fixture, high strength adhesion, flexible adhesive/ sealant. Easy to dispense manually, non-corrosive, low odor. Grey in color.

Loctite 5606™: Fast Cure, Light Body
Twenty-minute fixture, high strength adhesion, flexible adhesive/sealant. Easy to dispense manually, non-corrosive, low odor. Grey in color.

Loctite 5607™: Moderate Cure Speed/Longer Open Time, Light Body
Fifty-minute fixture, high strength adhesion, flexible adhesive/sealant. Easy to dispense manually, non-corrosive, low odor. Grey in color.

Loctite 5613™: Oil Resistant, Heavy Body
Designed for superior fluid resistance and fast room temperature. Pneumatic dispensing recommended; non-corrosive, low odor. Black in color.

Ultra-Clear Silicones

Loctite has developed a lineup of Ultra-Clear Silicones that are fast, flexible and re-enterable. See the clarity to believe it.

These ultra-clear, fast curing, flexible silicones are well-suited for bonding dissimilar substrates, especially glass. They maintain flexibility at both low and high temperatures (-60º to 450ºF, continuous).

Loctite 5620™ Silicone Potting Compound: Ultra-Clear, Fast Cure, Non-Corrosive
Two-part, ultra-clear, fast cure silicone. Transparent in color. Ideal for sealant or potting applications that require a transparent silicone. Fast room temperature cure.

Loctite 5623™ Silicone Potting Compound: Ultra-Clear, Tack-Free, Non-Corrosive
Two-part, ultra-clear, tack-free, tough silicone gel. Transparent in color. Room temperature cure or accelerated heat cure.

Loctite 5625™ Silicone Potting Compound: Ultra-Clear, Soft Gel, Non-Corrosive
Two-part, ultra-clear, very soft, re-enterable silicone gel, which allows for repair of potted components. Transparent in color. Room temperature cure or accelerated heat cure.
